Last year, I participated in the research interviews with WARC, and this year's report findings immediately resonated with what my team and I see every day. The data points around resource constraints, reliance on paid media, the growing importance of owned channels, and the real skills and confidence gap with AI are all deeply familiar in our client work. This research validates the challenges that the mid-market marketers I know are facing, and it point clearly to where the biggest opportunities lie.

During the workshop, Lexi Wolf from WARC, Jillian Ryan from Intuit Mailchimp, and I will be sharing practical perspectives on how mid-market teams can start experimenting with AI inside their existing MarTech stack. We’ll also discuss how marketers can use it to strengthen email and lifecycle programs and connect paid, owned, and CRM efforts in a way that actually feels manageable.
