108 Degrees Digital Marketing was engaged to modernize ClearVu School Service’s email strategy and maximize its national reach. The company partners with K–12 public school systems to improve procurement and supply chain operations for food services. Although their subscriber list included the right contacts, it was not yielding any real results, despite its national reach.

The new system dramatically increased the precision and consistency of ClearVu’s digital communications and highlighted the key messages that resonated with the target audience. Dynamic reporting tied every send to performance, allowing for strategic and informed decisions for each subsequent campaign.
Because ClearVu’s primary audience includes school administrators and food service supervisors, engagement naturally follows the school calendar. During the summer months, when programs pause and staff are on break, it’s essential to maintain list integrity and prepare for fall re-engagement.
108 Degrees implemented a list hygiene strategy that removes outdated contacts, refreshes data, and ensures compliance across systems before each new season. This proactive maintenance keeps campaign performance high and deliverability strong, reducing bounces and ensuring each message reaches an active, relevant audience.
